Criminal Justice Bachelors

Designed for working professionals who have at least 30 hours of previous college credit, this undergraduate program offers the convenience and flexibility of studying online and includes relevant criminal justice topics. Exposure to the laws, practices, technologies and skills required of leaders in the field is enhanced by the real-world experiences of peers who share a common goal: to improve society through the enforcement of local, state, and federal laws. Experienced instructors — many who have served as sheriffs, legal counsel, police chiefs, military, and homeland security and intelligence leaders — serve as guides throughout this 100% online degree program.

Healthcare Management Concentration: Online

Students interested in pursuing jobs as healthcare professionals can receive a degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Healthcare Management. This concentration requires that students take seven healthcare-specific courses as a part of their undergraduate degree program.

Healthcare Management Concentration: On-Campus

Students interested in pursuing jobs as healthcare professionals can now receive a degree in Management & Organizational Development (offered on-campus) with a concentration in Healthcare Management. This concentration requires that students take seven online healthcare-specific courses as a part of their undergraduate degree program.

Information Technology Concentration: On-Campus

Bethel’s IT Concentration provides students with the skills necessary to enter this ever-changing field. Taken as a part of the on-campus Management & Organizational Development degree, the IT Concentration allows students to take six online technology courses that reflect the latest, cutting-edge information in the field.

Bethel’s IT Concentration provides students with the skills necessary to enter this ever-changing field. Coursework is designed for those interested in making organizations more efficient through the use of applied computer technology. Taken as a part of the Organizational Leadership degree, the IT Concentration allows students to take six technology courses that reflect the latest, cutting-edge information in the field.

Associate of Applied Science in Liberal Arts

Core curriculum creates a foundation for learning developed for working professionals who have little or no previous college credit. The Associate of Science in Liberal Arts program prepares you for the Bethel Bachelor’s Program. Coursework is practical and relevant, and students can earn college credit for experience outside the classroom.

Human Resource Management Concentration

The MBA-HRM concentration allows students seeking a robust program in the study of human resources to learn from experts with both a terminal degree and practical experience in the field. Aligned with SHRM’s HR Education Guidelines, the MBA-HRM concentration prepares students to sit for designated HR credentialing exams. This track requires twelve courses and takes approximately 23 months to complete. Students can accelerate this track by taking multiple courses concurrently.

Healthcare Administration Concentration

Designed for professionals working in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice care, insurance companies, provider networks, or government policy organizations, the Healthcare Administration Concentration prepares professionals to better understand and analyze the business side of healthcare. This track requires twelve courses and takes approximately 23 months to complete. Students may accelerate this track by taking multiple courses concurrently.

Academic Practitioner Concentration

Designed for students without executive experience, the Academic Practitioner Concentration is our general MBA degree. Coursework includes eight required courses and four electives. This track enables students to finish faster by taking multiple courses concurrently and/or attending on-campus seminars for elective credit. This track requires as few as 19 months to complete.

Executive Concentration

Designed for students with executive experience, the Executive Concentration is tailored for established management-level students and involves an in-depth practical research project implementing changes and measuring results in their organization. Coursework includes eight required courses, two electives, and a six-credit-hour research project. Similar to the Academic track, this track allows three seminars to be substituted for one elective course. The Executive Concentration requires approximately 21 months to complete. This track may be accelerated by taking multiple courses concurrently.
