Major Coursework in Organizational Leadership

Designed for working professionals who have at least 30 hours of previous college credit, Bethel’s Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership offers the convenience and flexibility of studying online and includes coursework on relevant business topics such as organizational theory, leadership, human resource management, business ethics, and consumer behavior. Students also gain insight from the real-world experiences of carefully selected facilitators who are either industry leaders or field experts. Students take only one course at a time for a duration of five weeks.

Designed for working professionals who have at least 30 hours of previous college credit, Bethel’s Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Management and Organizational Development is an on-campus program with the flexibility of meeting only one night per week and studying one course at a time for 5 weeks each.

Associate of Art in Liberal Arts
